The United Nations Correspondents Association (UNCA) commonly known as the Press Corps is the professional association of correspondents as well as producers from various broadcasters, news agencies, and publications from around the world. The Press Corps is responsible for the media coverage of a council meeting.

Rania Lumongga Harahap
Rania Lumongga is a senior at HighScope TBS and has participated in MUNs for the past 2 years. At first, she joined regular councils before her love for writing pulled her into journalism or the Press Corps. She loves the fun, chilled, and cozy environment of the Press Council and is looking forward to the conference ahead.

Syakira M. Al Makki
Syakira Al Makki is a senior at HighScope TBS who fell in love with the writing aspect of MUN and felt right at home in the Press Corps. She is excited to welcome all journalists into the fun environment of UNCA and looks forward to the upcoming conference. Godspeed, journalists.
Kanishka Luna
Luna is thrilled to be co-chairing the UNCA council this year. With a passion for art and science, she brings a creative and curious mindset to the role. She also enjoys diving into celebrity drama and analyzing unsolved mystery cases or true crime. Having co-chaired before, Luna is overjoyed to return and can’t wait to meet all the journalists and reporters. She wishes everyone the best of luck and is excited to work together. Nethania D. Sitorus
So far within the UNCA Council, Netha firmly believes that campaigning journalism should help create an environment of transparency and nurture knowledgeable global citizenship. Clear, honest, timely information is everything that people need to participate earnestly in global issues. She looks forward to meeting all editors, with important roles in ensuring a well-informed and active global community.
